Katrina Kaif experienced success with the film Sarkar (2005). Katrina's next film was Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2006), in which Kaif was Salman Khan's co-star, presented Katrina an award at the Stardust Award for breakthrough female performance. In 2007 Katrina Kaif appeared for her fans in the hit movie Namastey London. Here, she starred as a British Indian with Akshay Kumar once again after the box office dud Humko Deewana Kar Gaye.
